Environmental conditions monitoring

Surface and underground environmental conditions are measured and evaluated to provide details on working condition that workers are exposed to during normal working hours.

These can include the following:
  • Wetbulb and drybulb temperatures
  • Barometric pressure
  • Humidity
  • Wind velocity
  • Chill factor
  • Heat index
  • Dew point temperature
  • Illumination levels
  • Noise exposure levels
  • Ergonomic factors
