Pack houses

There are many reasons why an Occupational Hygiene survey should be done within a pack house. Since many of South African fruit producers export their product, the clients required a certificate that working conditions within the fruit handling process is Internationally acceptable.

The most important reason for the owner / Manager of a packhouse is to ensure that working conditions remain healthy, and that workers are not exposed to stresses that could have a detrimental influence on their well being.

Detailed investigations and recommendations form part of the routine surveys conducted in line with the requirement of the OHSA.
