Kitchens / food preparation audits

A kitchen, canteen or facility where food is prepared, be it inside an modern kitchen or in tent in the veld, is probably the most vulnerable place considering the start of non-healthy conditions that could directly influence your labour force, and thus your production target.

Such audits involve taking swabs of various activities including food preparation tables and salmonella samples at raw meat handlers. Oil mist samples, visual inspection of cold storage facilities, ablutions and cooking / eating utensils are included, together with evaluating extractor systems. Water quality analysis is also performed at accredited water laboratories.
