Hostels and living quarters

Hygiene conditions in living quarters are seldom monitored, probably due to the perception not to infringe person’s privacy. Unfortunately this is necessary since management will be blamed if something went wrong.

For this reason, we perform quarterly checks on living quarter conditions, and in the same time also check for fire risks, illegal or unwanted objects, poor hygiene conditions, environmental management issues like blocked drains, waste handling needs, and kitchen / mess conditions.

Such report is a powerful tool in the hands of the Manager when hygiene is discussed with worker’s representatives and unions. The pictures taken during the process and added to the report are worth a thousand words.
