Bakeries and associated food processes

Food processes and bakeries are hygienically controlled environments, but still need to receive the raw produce from a delivery truck and are thus allowing entry of unwanted substances through the receiving bays.

Fine airborne powder or oil mists are often present and workers need to perform their duties in these atmospheres. Over prolonged periods the inhalation of these substances could cause respiration problems.

When the actual working conditions are monitored, management can see a trend developed and take corrective action to ensure workers health remains as expected.
